She enjoys educating and coaching clients throughout their lifestyle and investment journeys. Additionally, she collaborates with colleagues to provide coverage while team members are out of town.

Jill is a Portland native who resides in South Gray, which she affectionately refers to as 'the woods.' She enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and twins, Raichel & Alex, hiking, biking, and building sled runs in the winter.

Karen has been a broker in the Portland market for over 40 years, working with residential, multifamily and condo properties.  Married for over 36 years, she has two sons working in the Boston area and a husband who keeps busy taking care of rentals & fly fishing.  Karen is a team member in Portland, Maine with Marsden Real Estate.  Karen also holds a Florida Real Estate License with Berkshire Hathaway in Fort Myers.  She loves the different aspects of working with both buyers and sellers and watching the ever-changing markets throughout the years.
